What PUBG MOBILE Announced
The announcement is a short social media post with an official poster. The post reads that PUBG MOBILE FLASH arrives November 13, repeats the tagline “The Original PUBG MOBILE, Now in a FLASH,” and invites players to find their way back to the battleground with Alan Walker. It ends with a call to pre-register on Google Play and the App Store.
The poster pairs the FLASH logo with Alan Walker’s logo under the label “PUBG MOBILE FLASH x Alan Walker” and carries the words “Coming Soon, November 13.” It shows the App Store and Google Play badges, and the KRAFTON, Level Infinite, and Lightspeed Studios logos along the bottom.
The announcement names a single date and shows both stores. It does not mention a staggered release by platform, but it does not say what time the game goes live or whether availability differs by country.
The Release Date: How We Got Here
The timing has tightened in steps. In August the game was announced as PUBG MOBILE LIGHT, and an official explainer pointed to a mid-November 2026 launch. On September 24 it was renamed FLASH, and PUBG MOBILE said the November window was unchanged. Now the date itself is November 13, which fits that mid-November window.
Some fan sites had pointed to November 12, based on store listing data. That figure was never official, and it turned out to be a day off. If you still see November 12 on an older page, it is out of date.
The Alan Walker Collaboration: What We Know
What is confirmed is small but clear. A collaboration with Alan Walker exists, it is branded PUBGM x AW, and it is part of the launch campaign for FLASH.
What has not been announced is what the collaboration includes. The post does not say whether it means in-game items, a themed event, a map, music, or something else, and it does not say whether the content will be available in FLASH, in standard PUBG MOBILE, or both. Anything more specific you read online is a guess.
For context, Alan Walker has worked with PUBG MOBILE before. He wrote the theme song for the 4.6 collaboration earlier this year, and his 2019 single Live Fast was released in partnership with the game. That history shows a long-running relationship, but it does not tell us what the FLASH collaboration will contain.
A Same-Day Update for Standard PUBG MOBILE (As Per Reports)
SportsDunia reports that the PUBG MOBILE 4.7 update goes live on the same day, November 13, with winter-themed modes, and that the standard and FLASH versions will carry the same content. That detail does not appear in the official post, so treat it as reported rather than confirmed. It fits what PUBG MOBILE has said before, that FLASH shares updates with the main app.
If You Have Not Pre-Registered Yet
Pre-registration is open on both stores.
- On Android, open Google Play, search for PUBG MOBILE FLASH, check that the publisher is Level Infinite, and tap Pre-register.
- On iPhone or iPad, open the App Store, search for PUBG MOBILE FLASH, check the developer, and tap Pre-Order. It is free.
- If Google Play offers an option to install automatically when the game is available, turn it on.
If you registered under the old LIGHT name, you do not need to do anything. PUBG MOBILE said at the time of the rename that existing pre-registrations carry over automatically.
Get Ready for Launch Day
A few small steps now save time on November 13.
- Free some storage. The initial download is under 1GB on Android and under 2GB on iOS, so a little more free space than that is sensible.
- Update Google Play or the App Store so the listing and the install go through smoothly.
- Make sure you know which login your PUBG MOBILE account uses, since FLASH uses the same account.
- Keep your friends in the loop. Cross-play with standard PUBG MOBILE is confirmed, so squads can mix both apps.
What Is Still Not Announced
- The exact launch time and whether it differs by region
- A list of countries where FLASH will be available
- What the Alan Walker collaboration includes
- A list of pre-registration rewards
- Official minimum system requirements
This page will be updated as each of these is confirmed.
Watch Out for Fake Launch-Day Downloads
Launch dates attract fake downloads. There is no official APK of PUBG MOBILE FLASH, and the game is not available to the public before November 13. Pages offering an early APK, a leaked build, or a download link before the date are not from PUBG MOBILE and can put your account at risk.
On launch day, install only from the Google Play or App Store listing published by Level Infinite. Never enter your PUBG MOBILE, Google, or social login on a site promising early access, free rewards, or a collaboration giveaway.
